October 2026: For The Community Praise Class

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for studio check-in and sign-in procedures before class begins.

About the Class

For the Community is an open-level movement experience designed to create room for exploration, expression, community, and joy through dance. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or simply looking for a space to move, connect, and be present, all are welcome.

This class invites participants to step away from perfection and performance and into curiosity, creativity, and freedom of movement.

Style for this session: Multi-style, praise inspired
